Summer is on its way … well maybe … if you live in Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky sometimes you get all 4 seasons in the same week and you aren’t sure what month it is.
ARE YOU READY??? I’m NOT! I’m ready for the warmth of the summer sun but not quite bikini ready. If you are like me you have spent the cold snowy and rainy days cooped up in the house and eating (and maybe drinking) more than you should. I’m super excited that our 6 week slim down is coming soon! Nutrition guidelines, healthy recipes, weekly challenges, weekly workouts, fitness tips, and MORE are all included and I CANNOT wait to get started! I will start to feel better and be well on my way to my summer body.
