We have an entire deep freezer full of Purdue ground turkey breast so last night we made turkey burgers for dinner and they were delicious!
1lb Perdue ground turkey breast
1/2 cup chopped shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped baby spinach leaves
oregano – to your liking
pepper – to your liking
mix together, separate into patties and grill!
We had zucchini, squash and corn on the cob as a side.
