Being FIT and being the best version of yourself cannot just be a goal you reach and then it’s over! It has to be a lifestyle change that you are willing to keep and maintain!
You must start somewhere. Start small with changes you know you can keep so you will be able to succeed. The more you succeed the more motivated you will become. The more motivated you become and the more results you see the more likely you will be able to make a lifestyle change and maintain your success over long periods of time! After all no one wants to reach their goal and then in 3 or 6 months have to start over 🙂
